About us

Vita Primary Healthcare was registered in UK in 2018 in order to help address the acute staffing crisis in UK’s National Health Service, which provides healthcare to members of the British public free of charge.

Vita Primary Healthcare’s role is to enlist trained medical and support staff in both Zambia and Zimbabwe and surrounding countries who wish to enjoy a significant increase in salary in UK, while bolstering their CV’s with training and experience using state of the art equipment and techniques across a wide range of specialisms.

The average nurse salary in UK is £24,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience, after tax and National Insurance contributions. Average Care salary is £18,000 after deductions. That equates to around $20,000 but candidates must be aware that around 50% on net income will be required to address ancillary costs such as rent, transport and food. UK is significantly more expensive compared with Southern Africa, but there is potential to save money each month, even for newly qualified staff or those without experience, though figures may be less than those quotes above.

Vita Primary Healthcare offers support services and advise to primary care staff making the transition from Africa to UK. We prefer job locations outside London as the rental market in London is overheated and very expensive compared to outside Greater London.
