“My experience when working for Vita primary healthcare Nursing. I work for Vita primary healthcare for a number of years. I registered with the company in the years 2000 as a care assistant, then when I qualified as a registered Nurse in Mental health I continued to work for the company. I have never had any unresolved problem and my consultant has always been good in finding work for me and my colleagues. My consultant Zanela has been fantastic, she works as a team and knows her front line workers. She will offer work according to your skills and expertise, she will advise you if needed in relation to training needs and compliance issues. Zanela has been good in negotiating with client when placing her front line staff at a work place. If a problem arises, she will not take party and report this to the appropriate authority so that the complaint will be dealt with in fairness. She will encourage and support her staff where appropriate and needed. Sometimes, if a member of the front line team complain about a care placement, she will take this serious and address the issues with the appropriate manager. She is a people person and has the skill to negotiate any placement with no issues. There are example which I can provide is requested. Zanela is kind and welcoming to her front line staff. She will do her possible best to cover shift at a last minutes using her staff at a high standard.
She knows her staff and understands their difficulties. She will check on her staff quality at work by liaising with the care providers and managers. I have no problem in continue work with Vita primary health care Nursing because I am very much satisfied with the service provided not only to me but to those who needs front line staff. Vita primary health care Nursing will always ensure that all their staff are highly trained and meets the standard before they are allocated any work with the company. I will encourage any care providers to consider this company when it comes to providing quality staff to cover your short falls, holidays and sickness. You will not regret as all their staff are trained to meet the needs of each and every client under their care in all area of nursing and other health care profession.”
