Requirements to work in Scotland:

1. PVG Membership

  • Please note that if the client approves a DBS there is no need to apply for a PVG as well.
  • Need a PVG? We will help you with everything!
  • Email info@vitaprimarycare.co.uk if you are interested in applying for a PVG application
  • We will apply for it on your behalf, once done you will receive an email from Disclosure Scotland to review the application and make payment

2. Registered with the SSSC

  • The document in the link explains who should register with the SSSC when and why. In addition, it suggests some scenarios that may be considered reasonable excuses in situations where a worker is not registered appropriately.
